Members who want in on a project pledge their contribution. You decide which projects align with your goals — US-based, international, or both. No pressure to join every deal.
Member contributions are deposited into the Cash 4 Close project account. Funds are held securely until the project is ready to proceed — giving suppliers confidence and deals momentum.
Cash 4 Close manages vendor and supplier payments directly from the pooled account. You receive regular updates on project progress and spend — full transparency, always.
When the project closes, returns are distributed to members proportional to their contribution. Reinvest in the next deal or take your profit — the choice is yours.
